Short biography: 

Dolores Romero studied Spanish Philology at the University of Salamanca, Spain, where she obtained her Ph.D. in Spanish Contemporary Poetry and then went on to study Critical Theory and Comparative Literature at the University of Nottingham in the U.K. She currently teaches Spanish Literature at the Complutense University in Madrid. She has published the following books: Orientaciones en Literatura Comparada (1998), Una relectura del fin de siglo en el marco de la Literatura Comparada (1998), Naciones literarias (2006), Seis siglos de poesía española escrita por mujeres (2006), Literatures in the Digital Age: Theory and Praxis (Forthcoming) and Literatures from Text to Hypertext (Forthcoming). She is Chair of the Research Committee on “Comparative Literature in the Digital Age” (CLDA) of the International Comparative Literature Association (ICLA).

Félix Remírez Salinas (1957) is an industrial engineer from Navarra University. He is a writer of short stories and novels, he knows about computer programming, multimedia systems and informatics applications applied to virtual language, he works in Computer Sciences and has applied new media for the creation of digital literature. He made his own blog called Biblumliteraria in which he currently publishes critical and creative writings.

Escritor de cuentos y relatos, conocedor de las técnicas de programación de ordenador, sistemas multimedia y aplicaciones informáticas aplicadas a la comprensión virtual del lenguaje, ha compaginado profesión y afición investigando la aplicación de los nuevos medios en la creación de obras de literatura digital. Creó y mantiene el blog literario Biblumliteraria , donde se explora de manera crítica la creación digital así como se presenta una sección de relatos breves.
